💡 Make Presentations using AI instantly

Here’s how you can use Gamma to craft impressive presentations:

Step 1: Create a New Presentation

• Go to the gamma.app website and sign up or log in.

• Click Create New > Generate > Presentation. (there are many more options to work with, but the focus of this tutorial is solely on creating presentations)

• Select the number of Cards (Slides), style of cards, and languages.

Step 2: Describe What You Want

• Describe your topic in the prompt box and Click on Generate Outline. (There are some example prompts to play with also.)

• You can edit or add new outlines for each card and rearrange the structure.

• In the Settings tab below: select the amount of text you need in each card (medium is great for normal use cases), and keep the image source to AI images, and any free AI image model (go for Google Imagen 3 Fast).

Step 3: Choose a Theme

• Pick from Gamma’s dynamic themes that adapt to your content and click Generate.

• Themes automatically adjust colors, fonts, and layouts—no manual tweaking needed. Now wait for the AI to do its magic.

Step 4: Redesign

• You can select any section of the presentation (text block, heading, image) to edit it with AI.

• You can also click in between the cards to generate one more card with AI.

• On the right-hand menu, you can add new blocks and columns, embed videos, charts, diagrams, and even forms and buttons.

• For the advanced redesign, click on the 3-dots menu on the top-right, and click on Page Setup to change card width, background, and font size.

Step 5: Present & Collaborate (optional)

• Click on Present to start the presentation instantly inside your browser.

• Click on Collaborate to add new members to edit it.
