Visit Official Magic ToDo website by Goblin Tools. You don’t need to even sign-up.

There are also Android and iOS Apps available for quicker use.

2) Enter Your Task

Simply, enter the task or project in the item box. For example, we prompted it with “a research paper”.

3) Use AI Breakdown

When the task is added to the list, click on the magic wand icon on the right-side. The AI will break down the task into smaller steps.

There is a “spiciness level” button besides the box, where you can select how much break down you need? Less “chillies” mean less steps.

Now, just start checking off tasks with a clearer, more achievable workflow.

Note: There is also an additional feature where you can ask it to estimate time for each step. You can click on the three-dots on each step and click on “Estimate”. It is not accurate most of the times but you can edit the time according to your needs.
