1) Sign Up for Abacus AI

Visit Abacus AI’s website and create an ChatLLM account. (Note that it is a paid tool, but costs less than ChatGPT.)

2) Select Computer Agent

On the bottom-left corner, you will the list of Tools. Select Computer Agent.

3) Write Your Task

On the main screen, you will have a chat box on the left and a virtual computer interface on your right. You can write all you the agent to do in prompt box.

The best part is that all the tasks happens in a separate virtual interface that doesn’t have direct control over your main browser and system. So, if you have privacy concerns regarding AI agents, this is a safe alternative to consider.

4) Let it Execute

After you entered your prompt, it will convert the task into a list of steps. Then, the virtual interface on the right-side will start executing each step, just like a human. For example, you can ask it:

  1. Browse and download a specific image for you.

  2. Search for recent news articles about Elon Musk.

  3. Go to an AI code generator website, get some specific code and run it as well.

  4. Search and compare flights between two destinations.

  5. Schedule a meeting on Zoom.

  6. Open your email and draft a mail for your colleague.
